This is a comprehensive, deep-dive session where we unpack your symptoms, history, and health goals to get to the root of what’s going on. Together, we’ll explore your presenting concerns, medical history (personal and family), diet, lifestyle, and any functional testing you’ve previously completed.
After your consultation, I’ll create a tailored treatment plan outlining your goals, nutrition and lifestyle advice, and recommendations for further testing or supplementation, if needed. You’ll receive this via email within 24–48 hours, so you can start implementing your plan with clarity and confidence.

Investment: $180
This consultation is for existing clients who need to review recent pathology results or if it’s been over six months since their last visit.
In this follow-up, we’ll interpret your results, gather additional health details, and refine your treatment plan. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and address challenges in implementing the plan.

Investment: $150
These appointments are ideal every 4–6 weeks to review progress, adjust your treatment plan, and support you as you work toward your health goals. As things improve, we can space your check-ins further apart.

Investment: $55
Acute consultations are done over the phone for new and existing clients. These appointments are useful for those experiencing acute conditions such as colds/flus, minor injuries, urinary tract infections, etc, or if you need a prescription refilled.
They're also great if you need supplementation for an upcoming overseas holiday (Bali belly anyone?!).
Please note that a written treatment plan will not be provided following this consultation. For more comprehensive support, please book an initial consultation.

Online appointments are available for clients Australia-wide. All you need is a stable internet connection. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and you’ll receive a link upon booking.
You’ll also be sent a New Patient Intake Form to complete before your first session.
Prefer a phone call instead? Just let me know and I’ll accommodate that.
After your session, you’ll receive a typed treatment plan within 24–48 hours.

In some cases, I may write a referral letter for you to take to your GP, who can then organise pathology tests under Medicare (bulk billed). While I can’t refer directly, this process helps ensure you receive the testing you need through your doctor.
I can also organise functional testing, including gut/vaginal microbiome mapping, hormone testing, SIBO, DUTCH, thyroid panels, and more. These are not covered by Medicare and involve out-of-pocket costs, which I’ll always discuss with you beforehand.
If functional testing is recommended, a test kit will be posted directly to your home with clear instructions. You’ll collect the sample, post it to the lab, and we’ll review the results in your next session.
